Masked figures, courtesans, the wedding of the Doge to the Sea, the exuberance of Carnivale, tales of lust, betrayal and murder. As the weeks of Carnavale approcah, imagine time in La Serenissima and listen to the glorious music of Cavalli, Galuppi, Handel, Lotti, Marcello, Monteverdi, Stradella, Strozzi and Vivaldi.
